Shipping policy
Place of delivery and responsibility
The Seller agrees to deliver the goods at the Buyer's request at the address in the EU countries designated by the Buyer. Seller will be responsible for all costs and risks associated with the carriage of the goods, including, but not limited to, freight, insurance, customs duties, value-added tax (VAT) and other taxes.
Transportation & Risk Transfer
The seller should choose the appropriate mode of transportation and route to ensure that the goods are delivered to the designated place on time. The seller assumes all risks incurred during the transportation of the goods. Title and risk in the Goods pass to the Buyer upon delivery of the Goods to the place designated by the Buyer.
Duties and taxes
The seller is responsible for handling all import and export-related customs formalities and taxes to ensure the smooth entry of the goods into the EU market. The buyer is not responsible for any import duties, VAT or other related fees.
Delivery time
The seller agrees to complete the shipment within 5-7 working days after the contract is signed, and the goods shall be delivered to the designated place within 20-40 days. If the delivery cannot be made on time due to force majeure factors (such as natural disasters, war, etc.), the seller shall notify the buyer in time and provide a new delivery time.
Acceptance and quality issues
Upon receipt of the goods, the buyer shall inspect the quantity and quality of the goods within a reasonable time. If any quality problems or quantity shortages are found that are not in accordance with the contract, the buyer shall notify the seller within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
