1. Use of the Platform
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and not to engage in any illegal or improper activities, including but not limited to:
Stealing someone's identity or posting false information
Infringement of third party intellectual property rights
Spreading malware or viruses
2. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including text, images, icons, interfaces, and trademarks, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify or distribute the content without authorization.
3. Terms of Transaction
When trading on the platform, buyers and sellers should follow the trading rules of the platform. The seller should ensure that the goods sold comply with EU standards and provide accurate information in the description.
4. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, the parties shall give priority to resolving the dispute through the mediation mechanism of the Platform. If mediation fails, you have the right to request a court settlement under the EU E-Commerce Directive.
5. Modifications and Updates
We may modify this Agreement according to the needs of the operation of the Platform, changes in laws and regulations, or other reasons. The amended terms will be published on the platform and will take effect from the date of announcement.
